Job Description

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will collaborate with product and project teams to translate business requirements and user stories into robust technical solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications with a strong emphasis on backend development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side logic using backend languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Additionally, you will develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless system interoperability.

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing database interactions using relational (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. It will be essential for you to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices in version control and CI/CD. Participation in peer code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities across the SDLC will also be part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you should have strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js, along with a good understanding of REST architecture, microservices, and API integrations. Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Flutter is a plus. You should possess solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks, as well as familiarity with development tools such as Git, IntelliJ/Eclipse/VS Code, and build/deploy pipelines.

Your ability to write and debug complex logic and data processing flows will be crucial. A problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality, performance, and security is highly valued. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for effectively working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated passion for technology, such as participation in coding contests, open-source projects, or personal repositories, is a plus.
