Manager - Finance - Accounting & Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls and processes.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support management with financial analysis and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, guide, and develop the finance/accounts team.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization within the finance function.
• Perform other finance-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an advantage.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
