Role Overview:

As the Plant Head based in Noida, you will serve as the strategic leader for our manufacturing operations, overseeing the entire production lifecycle to ensure operational excellence and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams, including supply chain, quality assurance, and finance, to align manufacturing output with broader business objectives. Your daily focus will involve driving efficiency, fostering a culture of safety and innovation, and optimizing resource allocation to meet aggressive growth targets. By streamlining processes and mentoring site leadership, you will directly influence the company's bottom line, ensuring that our facility remains a benchmark for productivity and quality in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and facility management, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing goals and delivery timelines.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational waste and enhance overall equipment effectiveness for the organization.
• Manage the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plans, ensuring strict financial discipline and high return on investment for all facility upgrades.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety, compliance, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics stakeholders to optimize the supply chain, ensuring consistent material availability and timely distribution of finished goods to clients.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all plant activities meet international safety and environmental certifications.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrate mastery in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities, with a proven track record of scaling operations and driving significant improvements in throughput and cost-efficiency.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving cultural change within a diverse workforce.
• Possess a deep understanding of industrial automation, digital manufacturing tools, and data-driven decision-making to optimize complex production environments.
• Maintain a strong educational background, typically holding an Engineering degree complemented by an MBA from a premier institute, which provides the foundation for strategic business management.
• Show high adaptability to an on-site work environment in Noida, demonstrating the ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
• Possess 17 - 27 years of extensive experience in plant operations, with a history of delivering consistent results in high-growth manufacturing sectors.
