Manager - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - Paints/Chemicals

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Recruitment / Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring processes across India for our sales and manufacturing divisions in the paints and chemicals (building materials) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, a robust network, and the ability to attract top talent to fulfill our strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for sales, manufacturing, and technical roles across PAN India.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Source, attract, and shortlist high-caliber candidates through various channels including portals, social media, campus drives, industry networks, and headhunting.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion practices.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the paints and chemicals industry.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions across India.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, training vendors, and other external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in paints, chemicals, building materials, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of successful PAN India recruitment, especially for sales and manufacturing roles.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific skill sets and talent landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
