Qualification

1. Engineering degree or equivalent; certifications in ISO/IATF internal Auditor preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, root cause analysis, and audit processes.
3. 
   Proficiency in MS office for reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, maintain, and update QMS/EHS management systems to comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & 50001standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Identify risks & opportunities, internal/external issues, and interested party requirements impacting organizational QMS/EHS performance and objectives.
• Organize and conduct QMS/EHS audits; identify/record problems and initiate corrective solutions via designated channels.
• Initiate, coordinate, record, and monitor corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for QMS/EHS non-conformances.
• Report overall plant QMS/EHS performance to management for review, recommend improvements, and provide internal/external audit results during Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Organize MRMs as per defined frequency and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate for change approvals from the customers
• Daily MIS reporting to plant head on plant performance matrices
