PRIME FUNCTION

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Engineer focused on Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, promoting our products and services to a diverse client base. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, delivering technical presentations, collaborating with teams, and developing marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
1. Improve website visibility through SEO and optimization techniques.
2. Manage and grow social media presence to enhance brand awareness.
3. Analyze marketing data using tools like Power BI and generate performance reports.
4.Support lead generation initiatives and coordinate with the Sales team.
5.Assist in content creation for digital and promotional activities.
6. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements for better ROI.


ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and search trends.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and SERP rankings.

Website Optimization

• Work towards optimizing website performance, improving user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with developers/designers for required changes.
• Update web content regularly.

Content Support

• Assist in creation of marketing collaterals blogs, posts, newsletters, product info, videos, etc.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand voice.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and other marketing dashboards to measure campaign success.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
• Use insights to recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams for campaign alignment.
• Support offline marketing activities (events, trade shows, collaterals).
• Take ownership of assigned marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2. Knowledge of SEO

Education: -Any graduate with marketing activities knowledge in SEO, Website optimisation ,social media Power BI etc

Experience: 1- 3 Years
