Job Description

You are a Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience sought by a leading Chocolate Brand to be part of their creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to craft visually captivating designs that embody the essence of the brand.
Your role will involve creating innovative designs for digital, print, and social media platforms. You will conceptualize and execute designs that are in line with the brand's vision and objectives. Additionally, you will design logos, icons, and graphics that are representative of the brand and develop brand guidelines to ensure design consistency.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be working closely with various teams such as marketing, product, and sales. Your designs should not only meet business objectives but also cater to user needs effectively. It is imperative to maintain high design standards and keep abreast of the latest design trends and practices.

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of graphic design experience and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently. A robust portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
