Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Associate Director - Ad Operations for a renowned Media and Marketing Company.
Job Location: Pune (Hybrid : 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Shift timings: Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and lead high-performing teams, set a vision, and drive performance towards strategic goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing team development and growth.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Ad Operations department, aligning with agency-wide objectives. Adapt strategies to changing market conditions, client needs, and industry trends.
Operational Excellence and Client Relationship Management: Drive operational excellence across the
department, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media vendors.
Performance Management and KPI Achievement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, identifying solutions and implementing effective strategies to address challenges.
Talent Management and Development: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies in digital advertising. Lead hiring and attrition processes, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and expertise. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth.
Client Onboarding and Account Management: Onboard new clients, accounts, and agency business, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the Ad Operations process.
Issue Resolution and Challenge Management: Address and resolve high-level issues and challenges that arise in the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
AdOps Ecosystem and Agency Business Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the AdOps ecosystem and the overall agency business, including its strategic goals and operational processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Relevant Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Multiple Ad Servers: Experience with multiple ad servers (e.g., CM360, Flashtalking, Adform)
Project Management and Organization: Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
