Publicis Sapient - Solution Architect - Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead complex managed services pursuits specifically for Cloud Infra OR AMS. Lead the design and solutioning of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud and infrastructure solutions, with strong capability in responding to RFPs, shaping large deals, and driving transformation programs.
Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture:
- Design end-to-end solutions across public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), hybrid cloud, and on-prem infrastructure.
- Define architectures for compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center modernization.
RFP & Pre-Sales Leadership:
- Own technical responses for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, including solution design, architecture diagrams, sizing, and inputs to pricing.
- Develop compelling solution narratives, differentiators, and win themes aligned to client objectives.
Cloud Transformation & Modernization:
- Architect cloud migration (rehost/replatform/refactor), landing zones, and hybrid integration models.
- Drive transformation from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native and platform-based architectures.
Resilience, Security & Compliance:
- Embed high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and security frameworks (IAM, Zero Trust, cloud security posture).
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
Automation & Operations Integration:
- Define integration with ITSM (ServiceNow), monitoring, AIOps, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
- Enable automated provisioning, self-healing, and scalable operations models.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients, delivery, OEMs, and internal teams to validate and refine solutions.
- Lead solution workshops, technical discussions, and executive presentations.
Governance & Best Practices:
- Establish architecture standards, reference models, and reusable assets.
- Align solutions to ITIL, SRE, FinOps, and cloud governance frameworks.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 10 - 12 years in Cloud, Infrastructure Architecture, and Pre-Sales Solutioning.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), hybrid architectures, data center infrastructure, backup/DR, and FinOps.

- Proven experience in RFP responses, large deal solutioning, and costing inputs.
- Knowledge of automation (IaC), monitoring, and cloud operations frameworks.
Technical & Methodological Skills:
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect / AWS Architect / GCP Architect, VMware.
- Exposure to FinOps, SRE, and cloud-native services (containers, Kubernetes).
- Experience in managed services and global delivery models.
