Role Overview:
The Parent Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive and seamless parent experience at the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admissions, academics, and general queries
  
• Handle parent communication through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  
• Resolve parent concerns in a timely and professional manner
  
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for effective issue resolution
  
• Support admission-related activities and school events
  
• Maintain accurate parent records and feedback
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• 13 years of experience in customer service, parent relations, or front-office roles (education sector preferred)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Calm, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude
