Position: Marketing Manager (Retail | E-Commerce | Fashion)

Location:HYDERABAD ONLY
Experience Required: 3-5 Years (Retail / E-Commerce / Fashion Industry Only)

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and revenue-focused Marketing Manager to lead traditional marketing, OOH branding, and brand collaborations across multiple regions. This position is critical to driving both brand visibility and measurable revenue growth across retail, marketplace, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute
  
  ATL/BTL campaigns including OOH, print, event marketing & store activations.
  
• Plan region-wise & store-wise marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
  
• Manage and negotiate brand collaborations, influencer marketing & co-branding initiatives.
  
• Build and lead marketing strategies for 12 stores across 4 southern states.
  
• Align offline campaigns with E-commerce & marketplace marketing efforts.
  
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and ROI tracking.
  
• Drive B2B partnerships and business collaborations for revenue generation.

• Lead a team of regional marketing executives and coordinate with creative, merchandising, and sales teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail / Fashion / E-commerce Marketing.
  
• Strong knowledge of traditional marketing, Brand Activation, Experience Marketing, Brand Collaboration, OOH, and retail event management.
  
• Experience managing regional campaigns and multi-location marketing.
  
• Understanding of marketing ROI analytics, campaign budgeting, and sales alignment.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
