Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer, responsible for managing travel bookings and ticket issuance for individual and corporate clients. This position handles flight, hotel, and related reservations, verifies availability and fares, and ensures accurate documentation in the reservation systems. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, advising on travel options, changes, and cancellations, and resolving booking issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves coordinating with airlines and other travel partners, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date records to support smooth travel experiences. The agent is expected to follow company procedures, meet service and sales targets, and provide courteous customer service aligned with Satgurus standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Reservations skills, with experience in booking systems, ticket issuance, itinerary management, and handling changes or cancellations.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess Travel & Tourism knowledge, including familiarity with travel industry practices, destinations, and basic fare rules.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to promote services, offer upgrades, and meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency, airline, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Comfort working with reservation software, GDS platforms, and standard office tools is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting are important.
