Role & Responsibilities
Your job is to make sure our Devanahalli headquarters and team accommodations run like clockwork. From fixing a broken printer to organizing a team lunch, you handle the everyday operations, maintenance, and admin so the rest of the team can focus entirely on our mission.
1. Success in 90 Days
1. A Spotless & Smooth HQ - The office, warehouse, and team accommodations are clean, secure, fully stocked, and running without any daily complaints.
2. Accurate Tracking - The teams attendance and the office petty cash are perfectly managed without any missing information or missing rupees.
3. The Go-To Fixer: - The team trusts you completely. If something breaks, someone needs to travel, or a guest arrives, they know you will handle it quickly and quietly.
2. What You Will Do
- Facilities & Maintenance - You manage the physical spaces. If a wire is loose or a pipe leaks, you get it fixed. You also manage the regular servicing of our ACs, RO water systems, and other office equipment.
- Supervise Housekeeping & Security - You oversee our utility and housekeeping staff, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and security at all times.
- Purchasing & Pantry - You make sure we never run out of the basics. You purchase the daily office supplies, stationery, groceries, and anything else the team needs to function.
- Culture & Onboarding - You help keep the Spirit of Joy alive by organizing team lunches, birthday celebrations, and festival events. You also coordinate the onboarding of new team members so they feel welcomed and have everything they need on their first day.

- Tech & Office Support: - You are the first person we call if the Wi-Fi goes down or the printer stops working. You also set up laptops and basic workstations for our team members.
- Front Desk Administration - You manage the front door. You receive official documents, handle daily couriers, and warmly welcome visiting guests to the headquarters.
- Logistics & Travel - You book cabs and flights for the team when they need to travel.
- Attendance & Petty Cash - You track the daily attendance and leaves for the team so payroll is accurate. You also hold the petty cash for daily office expenses, ensuring every rupee spent has a proper receipt.
- The Ultimate Fixer - Simply put, if it involves general maintenance, office support, or making the headquarters run better, it is your responsibility to step in and handle it.
