Co-founder Subah is deeply involved in shaping the organizations content, especially leading the strategy and creative creation of YouTube videos. As the organization continues to expand, it becomes essential to protect the founders time, focus, and energy with precision and structure.
The
Executive Assistant to the Founder will act as a strategic execution partner, ensuring that priorities move forward, communication stays streamlined, and daily operations around the Founder run with clarity and structure.Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Priority Management
Own the founders calendar end-to-end. Schedule meetings, protect deep work time, add buffers, and ensure each day reflects the founders highest priorities.
2. Communication Filtering & Follow-Ups
Monitor key communication channels, summarize what requires attention, draft responses when needed, and proactively follow up to ensure nothing important slips through.
3. Task & Project Tracking
Maintain a structured dashboard of the founders commitments. Break priorities into actionable steps, track progress, flag delays early, and conduct weekly alignment reviews.
4. Systems & Documentation
Convert verbal decisions into structured SOPs, templates, and organized documentation. Maintain clarity across Drive/Notion systems to build institutional memory.
5. Operational & Logistics Support

Coordinate travel, events, vendor interactions, and essential administrative tasks so the founder can remain focused on creative and strategic work.
Youre Right for This Role If You Have
Minimum 3 years of experience as:
- Executive Assistant to a Founder/CXO, OR
- Founders Office professional, OR
- Operations/Project Manager managing an online business
- This is an in-office role, based in Bangalore (near the airport area)
- The candidate would need to work directly with the founder
