Credit Analyst - Microfinance

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the credit team, assessing the creditworthiness of microfinance loan applicants.

Key responsibility:

• Collect and analyze financial and non-financial data from microfinance loan applicants.
• Conduct field visits to assess applicants' creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Prepare credit reports and recommendations for loan approval.
• Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records of credit assessments.
• Adhere to the company's credit policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics).
• Experience in microfinance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Field experience is a plus.
