Field Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You'll be the face of SATYA in your assigned territory, building relationships with potential borrowers, assessing their needs, and processing loan applications.

What you will do: This involves extensive fieldwork, meeting clients, evaluating their creditworthiness, and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.

Key responsibility:

• Source new loan applications through direct outreach and networking.
• Conduct thorough field assessments of potential borrowers' creditworthiness.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation for loan applications.
• Process loan applications according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and loan applications.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members.
• Contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio in your assigned territory.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in local languages.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
