Field Officer - Loan Disbursement

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in ensuring timely and efficient disbursement of micro-housing loans to our clients in the field.

What you will do: You'll conduct field visits, verify client information, and handle the paperwork and process involved in disbursing loans directly to borrowers.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct field visits to approved borrowers' locations to verify information and ensure loan eligibility.
• Process loan disbursement according to company policies and procedures, including KYC verification.
• Handle the documentation related to loan disbursement and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain excellent communication with borrowers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or challenges related to loan disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements concerning micro-housing finance.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through professional and timely service.
• Regularly report on your activities and progress to your supervisor.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in field work, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and relevant software for data collection.
