Home Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of SATYA Micro Housing Finance to our customers, guiding them through the home loan process and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

What you will do: You'll interact directly with clients, explain loan products and processes, collect necessary documents, and follow up on loan applications.

Key responsibility:

• Interact with clients to understand their home loan needs.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Collect necessary documents from clients for loan application processing.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to track loan application progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Achieve individual targets for loan disbursals.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
