Loan Recovery Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for recovering overdue loan payments, minimizing losses, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you will do: You will contact borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts.

Key responsibility:

• Contact delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Negotiate repayment plans and work with borrowers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and recovery efforts.
• Monitor borrower accounts and identify potential delinquencies early on.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding loan recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to share best practices and strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
