Senior Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in managing a portfolio of housing loans, ensuring timely repayment and client satisfaction.

What you will do: You will manage relationships with clients, handle loan disbursements, and resolve any payment issues. You’ll be a point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.

Key responsibility:

• Manage a portfolio of housing loans
• Disburse loans to clients according to established procedures
• Monitor loan repayments and collect overdue payments
• Maintain regular contact with clients to address queries and concerns
• Resolve payment issues and disputes
• Prepare reports on loan performance
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations
• Contribute to the overall growth of the loan portfolio

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in loan origination and/or management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housing finance regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
