Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Dhanbad. The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, engaging with customers, and ensuring timely recovery of loans. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, addressing repayment queries, and adhering to organizational standards for service and compliance. The role requires regular field visits and accurate reporting to monitor repayment status and resolve escalations.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and basic Finance management
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating repayment trends and resolving issues
