Overview
The Area Business Manager (ABM) for the Herbals Division will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within an assigned geographical area. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing the sales force, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of the companys herbal product line.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Achieve sales targets for the herbals product portfolio in the assigned area.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Market Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Promotional Activities:
• Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge:

Qualification

• BSc with or without previous experience in Ayurveda Pharma business
• Non-science graduate with previous experience in Pharma business
  

Experience

• 5 years of experience in frontline or 2 years of Managerial experience in Pharma business
