• Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate and manage all aspects of the candidate onboarding process, from offer acceptance to day one, ensuring timely completion of pre-hire documentation, background checks, and compliance forms.
  
• Must have min of at least 2years into US Tax terms , I-9 filing for C2C , W2, 1099, C2H.
• Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and process all necessary paperwork such as employment contracts, I-9s, tax forms (W-4), and benefit enrolment materials.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing support, answering queries, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Background and Reference Checks: Coordinate background screening and reference checks, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure that all hiring and onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other departments to ensure new hires have access to necessary resources (e.g., technology, email accounts, etc.) on their first day.
