Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with guests and team members
• Proficiency in customer service with the ability to address guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges efficiently
• Basic understanding of finance related to hotel operations and guest billing would be beneficial
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business
