Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Manager position based in Indore. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for devising and executing revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, forecasting revenue, implementing pricing strategies, and managing room and function space inventory. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet financial goals is also a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data for revenue optimization
• Proficiency in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management concepts and practices
• Solid expertise in Finance and Accounting, including understanding key financial indicators
• Experience in strategic planning and proficiency in industry-standard revenue management tools
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
