Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Associate role based in Mahabaleshwar. The Service Associate will support day-to-day guest operations, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and responding promptly to guest queries and service requests. The role involves coordinating with front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction. The Service Associate will handle basic documentation and billing support, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues when necessary. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to brand service standards, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with guests and deliver thoughtful, responsive service.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to convey information accurately and listen actively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to handle guest concerns, review basic data, and support operational problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance awareness for handling billing queries, payments, and simple reconciliations.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, front office, or guest-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a hospitality or commerce-related qualification is preferred.
