This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager (Apparel) based in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include staff training and mentoring, monitoring inventory to meet business needs, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring the store meets operational and financial objectives. The candidate will also be tasked with creating a positive shopping environment and contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to achieve store sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Experience in Product Development and understanding apparel trends to ensure optimal product offerings and visual merchandising.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in the retail or apparel industry is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
