Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage litigations related to LAP loans, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses.
- Oversee legal documentation for LAP loan disbursements, including title search, due diligence, and collateral creation.
- Ensure compliance with Sarfaesi Act regulations and maintain accurate records of all cases handled by the team.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on legal matters.
- Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers on complex legal issues related to LAP loans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in managing litigations, preferably in the NBFC industry.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of LAP loans, litigation management, and Sarfaesi Act requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret laws and regulations effectively.
