Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. The role includes setting sales targets, creating strategies to achieve them, analyzing market trends, and working on competitive positioning to drive growth. The Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, relationship management, and sales
• Experience with market analysis, strategic planning, and growth forecasting
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar domain is desirable
