Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Advisor Recruiter at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., based in Koyilandy, with some flexibility for work from home. The Advisor Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting potential insurance advisors, primarily from Calicut, Kerala. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting interviews and selection processes, and onboarding new advisors in line with company guidelines. The role involves mentoring and supporting advisors to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The Advisor Recruiter will also collaborate with local leadership to achieve recruitment targets, organize recruitment drives or events, and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment, preferably in financial services or insurance advisory roles.
• Ability to build relationships, network locally, and engage with prospective advisors across Calicut and surrounding areas.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and mentor advisors.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools, online recruitment platforms, and digital communication channels.
• Understanding of sales processes, insurance products, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent education; additional certifications in HR, Sales, or Insurance are a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a local team.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with willingness to travel locally within Calicut/Koyilandy for recruitment activities.
