ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in PERAMBUR PERIYAR NAGAR, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and distributors, and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, designing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will provide training and support to partners to enhance productivity and foster a collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying growth opportunities
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with teams and lead training or support initiatives
Bachelors degree / Graduate in any Stream
SALARY PACKAGE
FOR DM ROLE 2.5 TO 3.2 LKS + INCENTIVES
FOR AM ROLE 3.5 TO 4.4 LKS + INCENTIVES
