Role Description

This is a part-time, remote opportunity as a Life Mitra at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, educating them about the companys life insurance solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting suitable policies based on their needs, fostering lasting customer relationships, and supporting policyholders throughout their journey. Additionally, Life Mitras are expected to contribute to corporate goals while upholding the companys ethos of a Customer-First approach.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products, sales strategies, and financial concepts
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for remote work
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional accountability
• Passion for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices
• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelors degree from a recognized university is preferred
