Job Description

Designation : Customer Support Executive

Reports to : Team Leader

Location : Chinchpokli 

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe. 

 2. To resolve customer queries over phone and/or email 

 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation & Interactive Communication) 

 4. Basic Computer knowledge is required.

Competencies Required :
1. Good communication and listening skills 
 2. Responding promptly, problem solving skills 
 3. Ability to explain information clearly and in a simple language. 
 4. Patience & Convincing skills 
 5. Empathy for customer needs

Job Requirements :

  • 1-8 years of experience in a domestic BPO or customer service experience.
