Role Description

This is a Part-time remote role for an HR Recruitment Consultant (Freelance). The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring the proper training of candidates. Day-to-day tasks include identifying talent, maintaining communication with clients and candidates, and providing strategic input in recruitment planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Hiring processes
• Strong Interviewing and Training skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively
• Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or similar roles is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
