This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Varanasi. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the full life-cycle recruitment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The recruiter will also ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders during the hiring process.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
