Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Dehradun. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure effective team management, and lead sales and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to achieve business targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving overall profitability. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for mentoring staff and managing stakeholder relationships.
