Job Description
- As a Mobile Application Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success by providing technical support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms. Your role will involve engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product support, and contributing to knowledge base articles. The position requires you to work in rotational shifts to provide 24x7 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 technical support, including working in rotational shifts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product support
- Maintain and contribute to knowledge base articles
Qualifications Required:
- Strong SQL knowledge is a must-have
- Understanding of APIs
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or related roles
