SMC Global Securities - Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - CA

We ar looking forward qalified CA who has cleared his CA in Maximum 3 attempts and should have worked in team handling profile
Responsibilities:
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., revenues/expense and liabilities)
- Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual statements (Balance sheets, Profit & Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement) as per Ind AS
- Timely reply to Statutory & Internal Auditors
- Calculation of Advance Tax, Tax planning
- Prepare and finalise of Tax Audit report

Peperation and finalization of balance sheet
- Prepare CMA data and Budgeting
- Filing of Company ITR and other statutory forms
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Analyse financial trends & 26AS Reconciliation
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Financial reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Understanding regulatory requirements and ensuring adherence to legal and industry standards.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Chartered Accountant or similar role, experince of at least 5-7 years into similar profile.
- Woking knowledge of Ind AS
- In-depth understanding of business book keeping procedures
- Sound knowledge of accounting regulations
- Time-management abilities & Confidentiality
- Computer Savvy & Proficient in MS Office products (Especially Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Willingness to learn new things and in-depth understanding
- Highly flexible and adaptable performer
Practical Exposure in Infor-SUN Systems Software preferred.
