Were a new-age creative + marketing agency in Pune, and were looking for someone who can take charge of Business Development from day one. Fast-moving, no drama, full ownership.

• Generate and qualify leads (inbound + outbound)
• Reach out to brands, founders, agencies, and decision-makers
• Build and manage a solid sales pipeline
• Pitch SCAs services clearly and confidently
• Understand client needs + suggest the right solutions
• Work with the creative & strategy teams on proposals
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
  
• Manage CRM, documentation, and weekly reports
• Represent SCA professionally across calls, meetings, and events

• BBA/BCom/BA/Marketing/Business grad with basic understanding of BD
• Strong communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Comfortable with outreach, sales, and closing deals
• Detail-oriented and quick with proposals & deadlines
• Responsible, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership
• Growth-oriented (not here for corporate culture)
