Bangalore | 8–12 Years Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Design and build robust Python-based test frameworks (architecture level)
• Lead automation strategy across embedded validation environments (HIL/SIL/CI)
• Develop and scale test infrastructure for complex embedded systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, hardware, system)
• Drive best practices in test design, quality, and maintainability
  
• Own delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of test platforms

Requirement:-

• 8–12 years in embedded testing / automation
• Strong Python expertise (framework development is a must)
• Hands-on experience in automation architecture
• Solid knowledge of embedded systems & protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Git

Good to have:-

• Automotive domain experience (ADAS, ECU, AUTOSAR)
• Exposure to HIL setups / lab automation
• Knowledge of C/C++
