Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute ATL and BTL marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign planning, vendor and consultant management, digital marketing coordination, event execution, and marketing analytics. The role requires frequent travel to project locations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and plotted development projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL campaigns including print, radio, television, outdoor advertising, and brand promotions.
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as project launches, roadshows, property expos, corporate activations, mall promotions, kiosk activities, and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, advertising consultants, media partners, PR agencies, and digital marketing vendors.
- Manage external marketing consultants and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, MIS reports, and campaign performance reports for management review.

- Track lead generation, cost per lead, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Design, and Project teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee branding activities across project sites, sales offices, and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Manage vendor negotiations, work orders, invoices, and marketing procurement processes.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate project launch events, channel partner meets, customer engagement programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely availability of brochures, standees, branding materials, and marketing collaterals.
- Monitor digital campaigns in coordination with agencies to optimize lead generation.
- Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Strong consultant, agency, and vendor management skills.
- Expertise in preparing marketing dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analytics.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites, branch offices, and marketing events.
- Flexible to work during weekends or holidays for project launches and promotional activities, when required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
