We are looking for a dedicated Customer Tech Support Representative with a strong background in

biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related medical science field. This individual will play a key role in assisting our customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and solutions, ensuring a seamless experience with our cutting-edge medical diagnostic products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site interactions.

? Address customer inquiries about product functionality and troubleshooting.

? Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.

? Document customer queries, resolutions, and feedback systematically.

? Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations for customers as needed.

? Assist in developing and updating user manuals and FAQs.

? Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product designs or processes.

? Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

? Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (Preferred).

? Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).

? Understanding of Gujarati preferred.

? Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

? Available On-site.

Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and learning mindset.
