Dental Product Specialist

Job Summary:

The AI Product Specialist plays a critical role in the sales and distribution of scanO AI products by providing deep product knowledge, driving sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This individual will serve as a bridge between the business operations and clients, ensuring seamless integration of scanO AI into dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Drive sales for scanO air (AI Robot) from lead nurturing to closure.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our scanO AI ecosystem of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
• On-Ground Sales Efforts: Attend dental conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to market our AI offerings for clinics and hospitals.
• Product Demos: Provide detailed demos of scanO AI product offerings over Google Meet/Zoom to prospective leads.
• Training & Education: Conduct training sessions for scanO air and scanO engage for dental professionals and volunteer staff to enhance product knowledge and usage.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in dental technology to provide insights for product strategy.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from customers and end-users to inform product improvements and development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Dentistry (BDS) or Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental practice or in a dental product specialist role. Experience with sales and/or working in a dental startup is a plus.
• Skills:Strong understanding of dental procedures, equipment, and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Go getter attitude and willingness to hustle odd hours to meet targets.
