Job Description

The Dental Product Specialist position is crucial for the sales and distribution of scanO AI products, requiring a deep understanding of the products, active sales efforts, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between business operations and clients, you will ensure the seamless integration of scanO AI into dental practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales for scanO air (AI Robot), nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. You will need to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our scanO AI ecosystem, including features, benefits, and applications. Attending dental conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to promote our AI offerings, conducting product demos over virtual platforms, and providing training sessions for dental professionals are key aspects of this role.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in dental technology will be essential for providing valuable insights to enhance our product strategy. Additionally, collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and end-users will help drive product improvements and development.

As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry (BDS or MDS) and have at least 1 year of experience in a dental practice or as a dental product specialist. Experience in sales and/or working in a dental startup would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and technology, excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective organizational skills are also required. A positive attitude, willingness to work flexible hours, and a drive to achieve targets are essential qualities for success in this role.
