Senior Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for workforce audiences. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams to create high-quality, interactive training content aligned with instructional design principles and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design outcome-based e-learning courses and curricula
• Develop storyboards for web-based training, videos, microlearning, and simulations
• Create activities, assessments, and interactive learning experiences
  
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement feedback
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with accessibility and learning standards
• Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or H5P
• Leverage productivity and AI tools to enhance content development
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

Requirements

• 46 years of experience in e-learning or instructional design (corporate/workforce preferred)
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong English communication skills (US English preferred)
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to attend late-day client meetings
