This job is primarily responsible for supervising and managing the maintenance and upkeep of Plant Buildings, Structures, Roads and Carpentry work at SDDPL premises.
What Youll Do
- Making BOQ of small to large scale Civil works in projects
- Maintenance of the current facilities
- Conduct on site investigations
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget
- Knowledge on production flooring, cold storage, roof and puff panels.
Technical Competencies:
- Qualification: BE Civil/ Diploma Civil
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years of experience
- Sound Knowledge about Project Concepts & Site Execution.
- Knowledge of Project Management.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001, 18001 and 22000, safety and quality will be added advantage.
- Thorough knowledge about Plant & Utility Maintenance
- Skills in solving any problem related to project planning, execution, estimation, etc.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, etc.
- Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal insight, conflict resolution, customer orientation)
- Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)
- Judgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving, awareness)
