Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator (Exhibitions) to join our team in Noida. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions across our exhibition projects. Youll work closely with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure efficiency and transparency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete billing process for exhibition projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather financial data and project milestones for invoicing.
• Prepare, generate, and issue client invoices promptly while reviewing contracts to align with billing terms.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns professionally.
• Track project progress and maintain financial accuracy for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain essential financial and project information.
• Analyze billing reports and assist in preparing financial performance reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and enforce collection policies to reduce outstanding receivables.
• Review client contracts in collaboration with legal and project teams to address billing or contractual concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 56 years of experience in estimation, billing, or a similar role within the exhibition or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
