Role Overview
We are building a pan-India fabrication business focused on solar and industrial demand. This role will own end-to-end growth and execution from onboarding fabricators to driving demand from EPCs and ensuring high-quality delivery.
This is a 0 - 1 build role with full ownership of revenue, margins, and execution.
You will operate at the intersection of sales, operations, and supply, building this function from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive demand from EPCs and industrial clients (solar-focused)
- Own topline growth and margin delivery
- Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery across projects
- Create and implement SOPs for fabrication, quality, and project execution
- Align fabricator capacity with incoming demand

- Step in to close key deals and unlock large opportunities
- Build and manage teams across business development and execution
- Work towards deeper operational control over fabrication output over time

Who You Are
- 5-10 years of experience in startup / high-growth / execution-heavy roles
- Proven ability to build and scale something from scratch
- Strong commercial and revenue orientation (targets, margins, deal-making)
- Comfortable handling uncertainty, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, EPC, or industrial sectors is a plus (not mandatory)
- High ownership mindset with willingness to be deeply involved in execution
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
