Role Overview
We are building a national-scale retail demand engine in the steel category. This role will own demand generation and revenue growth across India, working with leading manufacturers
You will build and scale the demand side from scratchincluding hiring, managing, and driving a large distributed team.
This is a 0 - 1 role with high ownership and high accountability.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and manage inside and on-ground teams across regions
- Drive monthly revenue targets with full ownership
- Identify and unlock new demand clusters (fabricators, SMEs, workshops)

- Build strong pipelines: lead generation - conversion - repeat demand
- Track and drive key metrics (daily activity, conversions, revenue)
- Personally drive execution in early stages and close key accounts

Who You Are
- 4-8 years of experience in growth / business / demand-building roles
- Proven ability to build something from scratch (team or business line)
- Highly numbers-driven with strong execution focus
- Comfortable managing large, distributed teams
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in high-intensity environments
- Willing to be deeply involved in day-to-day execution when required
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred
