Help Desk Support Representative

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
